Kapara - A word representing love in the Eastern states as the way of saying darling to your child or a loved one. For us it as a representation of our love for food as it is.

Today we are proud to introduce the interpretation of Mediterranean street food cuisine where the dishes are prepared with local ingredients and the touch of the distant flavors. Presenting the secrets of combining and mixing tastes in a simple, yet delicious way. We will surprise you with new techniques based on the foundations of Mediterranean cooking using Josper grill and other. We would like to share his culinary world to the entire people of Prague, from north to south.
